GOALS OF THE CYBERSECURITY POLICY SUMMIT
1. Create a permanent environment of public-private collaboration where sharing and generating knowledge about the opportunities and challenges for development and security in cyberspace.
2. Propose initiatives to Executive and Legislative powers, for the empowerment and creation of public-private synergies in digital development, cybersecurity and cyberdefense, as well as in the Digital Transformation of the State.
3. Analyze, review, comment and propose draft laws, sponsored by a parliamentarian or the Executive, that are processed in the National Congress, and that require the well-founded opinions of experts in matters related to cyberspace, cybersecurity and digital transformation, using european public policies as guidelines.
4. Review, evaluate and propose updates to the National Policies involved in Cyberspace (eg. Digital Transformation, Data, Cybersecurity Policies).
5. Contribute to the identification of the needs of the industry and research centers regarding digitala development and cybersecurity.
6. Promote R&D&I and the national digital and cybersecurity industries.
7. Channel and formulate proposals on the regulatory and normative framework with an impact on digital 3transformation and cybersecurity, also considering other related disciplines that should be harmonized with each other, such as the Digital Transformation of the State, Digital Identity and Data Governanc.
8. Support the generation of National Digital Agencies, Data Protection Agencies and Cybersecurity Agencies.
9. Promote the proactive implementation of studies and reports on new and emerging technologies and analyze their impact on national digitalization, cybersecurity and the country's digital transformation.
10. Devise initiatives that promote a National Cyberspace culture including Cyberhygiene.
